★★★★★ There are lots of different family/kid friendly places/activities where staff-customer interaction causing a sour or negative/unwanted ambiance. Parents and children pick up on those vibes and generally don’t want to return.

However!

This Kitchener location is FANTASTIC! My 10yo son and I had an absolutely AMAZING time here! The staff were all super friendly, kind, patient, helpful, informative, genuine, attentive, and encouraging with us, especially with my kiddo – that made our entire experience 100/10!
