We have 3 options available for Gift Certificates:

  • Email Gift Certificate
  • Traditional Puzzle Box with Gift Certificate
  • NEW! Large Puzzle Box with Gift Certificate

Our Traditional Puzzle box has one secret compartment and takes one step to open, and our new Large Size has 2 secret compartments and takes 3 steps to open - making it a little more challenging 😉

Both the gift card and the exciting adventure that awaits the recipient make this the perfect gift. Add a puzzle box option and solve your first puzzle before you even enter the game! 🙂

Each order includes one gift certificate and one box, or one certificate without a box (emailed gift cards, which may be printed at home for a physical gift option).

Prices include a standard 60 minute entry fee for your selected number of players, HST and cost of the puzzle box.

Our puzzle boxes are mailed without instructions - to enhance the fun for everyone!

All gift certificates are valid for both Kitchener and Niagara Falls Escape Room locations. No expiry.

How to order:

  • On the main booking page, please find the gift certificate menu box
  • Select your preferred type of gift certificate:  Email, Traditional Puzzle Box or NEW! Large Puzzle Box
  • If purchasing an email gift certificate, you may send to yourself and print, or email directly to the recipient at a date of your choosing!
  • If purchasing either puzzle box option, please select an order date for puzzle box purchases (this is not the "game or appointment" date, this is just for order preparation)
  • No game date is required to purchase a gift certificate - simply follow the instructions under "details" for gift certificates that include a puzzle box.
  • Select delivery or pick up

For delivery:

Please ensure that your address and postal code are verified by Canada Post. Shipping fees are additional and apply at check out - ($21.00 per puzzle box based on Canada Post rates. Shipping takes between 3-5 business days)

For pick up:

Pick up is also available - and will be ready the next OPEN business day between 12 - 10 pm. Please pre-order all gift certificates online so that we may prepare these for you prior to your arrival.

For Redemption:

A physical Gift Certificate MUST be presented upon arrival to your appointment after using your coupon code to book online. Only the deposit will be covered when making your booking until the full gift certificate value is applied in person after validation. **Without presenting your physical gift certificate in person, we will not be able to validate your discount - just like movie tickets, concerts or other live performances, your certificate will not be honoured and full entry payment would be required.
